CYBER CRIME AND LEGAL REGULATIONS
This study discusses about cyber crime and legal regulations. Cybercrimes are harmful online activities that have the potential to harm a person, their property, the government, or even society. There are a lot of cybercrimes that are committed worldwide by criminals using advancements in PC technology. India is not an exception to the risk posed by PCs. However, the Information Technology Act of 2000 was created by the government as a preventative and control tool for online crimes. The Act has also undergone two revisions to keep up with the evolving nature of this criminal activity.

GENDER INEQUALITIES AND EMPOWERMENT CHALLENGES
The Constitution of India makes an effort to eliminate gender disparities by outlawing discrimination on the basis of sex and class, outlawing human trafficking and forced labour, and reserving elected positions for women. These provisions are all part of the Constitution. the empowerment of women is an urgent necessity in India. The Constitution of India lays forth the framework for a parliamentary form of government and ensures that all Indian citizens have the right to vote, as well as the freedom to congregate, speak their minds, and participate in the formation of organisations.

A STUDY OF WAGES ACT FOR DOMESTIC WORKERS IN INDIA
This study discusses about the wages Acts for domestic workers in India. Domestic workers originate from powerless networks and in reverse zones. The larger part are poor, ignorant, untalented and don’t understand the urban work showcase. Their work is underestimated, come up short on and inadequately directed. Absence of good wages, work conditions and characterized work time, savagery, mishandle, lewd behavior at working environment, victimization at the hands of traffickers/arrangement organizations, constrained migration, absence of welfare measures and absence of aptitude improvement roads bringing about stagnation are significant issues that they confront. There is starting at yet no information on the correct number of domestic workers in India.

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY AND LITERARY COMPETENCE OF ENGLISH MAJOR STUDENTS: PREDICTOR FOR EFFECTIVE LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE TEACHING
The study aimed to determine the English proficiency and literary competence of English major students of CBSUA-Sipocot. The third and fourth-year college students were the respondents of the study. The evaluative-correlational method was employed in the research. Frequency count and percentage technique were used to describe levels of proficiency of the students, while Pearson Product Moment Correlation was used to determine if there was a significant relationship between the two variables. The researcher-made test validated by language experts was used to test the students’ English proficiency and literary competence. Data disclosed that the general English proficiency level of the students was approaching proficient. Meanwhile, their literary competence and textual and conceptual knowledge were both approaching competent, while their literary reading skills were considered developing competent. Furthermore, the statistical data revealed a significant relationship between the students’ English proficiency and literary competence. Hence, the pedagogical shift in delivering language and literature as separate discourses to interfacing the two fields may be adopted by the teachers in promoting effective language and literature teaching. Moreover, creative and innovative activities that link the two discourses may be given more to the learners.

THE INFLUENCE OF PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES TO THE LEVELS OF DECISION MAKING DURING THE PANDEMIC AS BASIS FOR A PROPOSED SCHOOL MANAGERS’ GUIDE: A TOOL FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE
The main objective of this study is to determine the influence of selected professional attributes to the levels of decision making among elementary school managers in the city schools of the province of Bulacan. It utilized the Levels of Decision – Making Scale questionnaire developed by the researcher herself. The randomly selected fifteen (15) elementary school managers and thirty (30) elementary school teachers are from the three (3) divisions of city schools of Bulacan, Malolos City, Bocaue and City of San Jose del Monte. The quantitative method of research was used. In this aforesaid research method, the descriptive and inferential statistics were used to answer the problems in this study.
As to the findings on the assessment in the levels of decision making among the elementary school managers, they applied the following levels, the Input, Dialogue and Collaboration as assessed by the school managers themselves. The elementary school teachers on the other hand, assessed that their school managers used the following levels of decision making, the Input and Dialogue only.
With regards to the influence of the selected professional attributes, treated as the independent variables in this study, length of service and position/designation are significant factors that influenced the levels of decision making among elementary school managers.
Based from the findings of the study, a School Managers Guide on the levels of decision making, a tool for quality assurance is proposed. This proposed School Managers Guide, a tool for quality assurance can be shared to both public and private elementary schools for potential application.

ASSESSMENT OF BASIC EDUCATION DEPARTMENT’S (BED) LIBRARY RESOURCES AND SERVICES
The school library is part of teaching and learning environment. It provides resources and services that support students, faculties and staff to gain new knowledge and skills for learning and personnel development. According to International Federation of Library Association’s (IFLA) Manifesto that the school library provides information and ideas that are fundamental to functioning successfully in today’s information and knowledge based society. The school library equips students with lifelong learning skills and develops the imagination, enabling them to live as responsible students.
The title of the research was “Assessment of Library Resources and Services of LCUP BED Library Based on PAASCU Standard and recommendations: An Action Research. Specifically, it aimed to answer the following: (1) The utilization of school library resources and services described in terms of (a) print resources (b) non print resources (c) library services, (2) what are the exiting collection, (3) does the resources and services comply in the PAASCU level 3 standard and recommendation.
The research employed a quantitative method. This study used a locally structured questionnaire using a 5 points Likert scale. The questionnaire measured the utilization of the library resources and services on the student’s academic achievements. The survey has questions about how often students visit the library. It also has a question about how they would rate the existing resources and services that the BED Library offered. For the last part it explains the customer’s opinions or comments about the resources and services and what to be improved. In order to analyze and interpret the data gathered, the mean was used as the statistical measure. This study also used the Pearson Correlation as the statistical treatment. This was analyzed and interpreted.

CONTENT KNOWLEDGE IN MATHEMATICS OF PRESERVICE ELEMENTARY TEACHERS
This study aimed to determine the content knowledge and the significant difference in the level of content knowledge of preservice elementary teachers towards teaching mathematics when grouped according to mathematics achievement and family income. This descriptive quantitative study has been conducted on ninety-eight preservice elementary teachers from the College of Education of Carlos Hilado Memorial State College-Talisay Campus for the First Semester of Academic Year 2019-2020. Data gathering involved a researcher modified questionnaire composed of 50 items on elementary mathematics, ten items in each content area. Results showed that the content knowledge of preservice elementary teachers was high in teaching mathematics. Furthermore, there was a significant difference in the level of content knowledge of preservice elementary teachers when grouped according to their mathematics achievement. Overall, the preservice elementary teachers have indicated that they have, to a certain extent, enough content knowledge to teach mathematics. It also signified that the mathematics achievement of preservice elementary teachers affects their content knowledge to teach elementary mathematics. Future researchers could extend the study on experiences, pedagogical and technological preparedness of preservice elementary teachers towards teaching mathematics and could replicate this research using an experimental approach.

SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: STATE UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES’ (SUC’s) CONTRIBUTION CREATIVITY SKILLS OF THE STUDENTS IN RECYCLING
State Universities and Colleges (SUC’s) are among the state institutions that serve as change agents in the Philippines. These institutions help develop students’ critical thinking. In carrying out their mandated four functions as outlined in law, SUC’s have faced challenges. In order to measure the success of its functions, graduates are measured for the improvement in their social and economic circumstances. The study utilized descriptive-correlation research and the settings of the study were in the Northern, Southern, and Central Areas of Region XII, Philippines. The 196 respondents of the study were SUC’s alumni who were employed or graduates, and they were chosen regardless of social and economic status. It was concluded that instruction is a great factor in the social and economic development of graduates, which can be attributed to teachers’ teaching in the classroom, such as well-prepared lessons, verbal interaction, library utilization, and coursework assignments. Furthermore, the research functions greatly help the social and economic development of graduates, which can be attributed to teachers’ research expertise, students’ research involvement, and administrative support. The SUC’s functions of instruction and research that are well-designed and well implemented can greatly enhance the positive social values and economic well-being of the graduates. The success of graduates is contingent on the SUC’s curriculum, supervision of classes, research expertise, and administrative support. Overall, the SUC’s-mandated functions are effective mechanisms for instilling desirable social attitudes, values, and strong confidence in students for their well-being and the communities to which they belong.

PRACTICAL WORK APPROACH: A TOOL TO IMPROVE THE CREATIVITY SKILLS OF THE STUDENTS IN RECYCLING
Students’ creativity is one of the main skills that the K to 12 curriculums wanted to improve when the Revised Blooms Taxonomy was adopted. The main purpose of this study is to improve the students’ creativity skills in recycling using the practical work approach. This action research was conducted in Tabugon Elementary School of the Schools Division Office of Kabankalan City utilizing 32 students in the school year 2019-2020, where 16 students served as the experimental group, and the other 16 students served as the controlled group. The method employed in this study was one group pre-test and post-test type of quasi-experimental design using the result of scoring rubrics and statistical tools and to find out the level of creativity skills of the pupils in recycling, practical work approach was integrated with the lesson as a strategy for three weeks. It was found that before that intervention was introduced, students had an ordinary or routine level of creativity skills in recycling and were very creative in their level of creativity skills after the intervention was introduced. It was interesting to note that there was a significant difference in the level of creativity skills before and after the intervention of the practical work approach, which means the intervention is effective in helping students become creative. It is recommended that not only the science teachers could use the practical work approach but other subjects that require students to produce their products and become innovative.

TRADITIONALIST TO PROGRESSIVIST: LIVED EXPERIENCES OF GENERATION X TEACHERS IN THE NEW NORMAL
Generation X (GenX) teachers are known for their commitment to lifelong learning and ability to adjust to various situations. However, they have difficulties complying with paperwork, attending seminars, and giving instructions online since they have inadequate knowledge of manipulating computers or gadgets. Thus, it is vital to examine the lived experiences of GenX teachers in the new normal. Utilizing the Descriptive Phenomenological Inquiry, ten English teachers were purposefully selected, and they also consented to voluntary participation in the semi-structured interviews. The study findings showed that their lived experiences revolved around three themes: inevitable technological challenges, Technological advancements in teaching, and (c) Abrupt adaptation to the new normal. The study recommended attending more seminars, workshops, and frequent practice of modern technology. School administrators are encouraged to provide more training and seminars to make GenX teachers keep at par with the use of technology.
