GENDER INEQUALITIES AND EMPOWERMENT CHALLENGES
The Constitution of India makes an effort to eliminate gender disparities by outlawing discrimination on the basis of sex and class, outlawing human trafficking and forced labour, and reserving elected positions for women. These provisions are all part of the Constitution. the empowerment of women is an urgent necessity in India. The Constitution of India lays forth the framework for a parliamentary form of government and ensures that all Indian citizens have the right to vote, as well as the freedom to congregate, speak their minds, and participate in the formation of organisations.
