The transition to mass higher education and the influence of educational policies have largely influenced school and university trajectories without reducing the transition period between studies and employment. The analysis of professional integration pathways no longer reveals a single pattern of entry into working life. Integration pathways, sometimes it’s longer, sometimes it’s more precarious, are often characterized by strong disparities within the same cohorts and the same levels of training. If the observation of individual situations shows that this diversity gradually reduces over time, monthly it will remain very important at the start of working life. Young people take several years to access on position on the labor market in often less qualified jobs. This article is an outcome of the solution after the analysis of young people who have difficulties entering into their working life and their socio-professional integration in the observation where this moment it is crucial to place guidance counselors in schools and so teachers and parents are also actors in the educational and professional guidance of young people, by providing informations and/or educating young people on their choices of academic and professional project, for which the State must also provide an entity which looks after the study of job offers in order to adjust them to an academic training, this raises the problem of choosing a student for a profession and the choice of a recruiter on the desired profile by calling into a question professional integration.
