E-learning empowered instructing learning incorporates an assortment of methods, devices, substance and assets went for enhancing the quality and proficiency of the educating winning procedure. Going from anticipating media to help a lesson, to sight and sound self-learning modules, to reproductions to virtual learning conditions, there are assortment of choices accessible to the educator to use different e-learning apparatuses for viable instructional method.

Purpose: The objective of the study is to develop an education model for e-learning based teaching in the perception of parents and to study the new technology for teaching system accessible.

Research Methodology: The normative survey method has been used and the set of questions has asked by 250 parents of senior secondary students of Kanpur.

Result: E-learning can be assumed to beneficial for spreading widely the information about education and communication technology. The parent’s perception towards e- learning based technology is positive.
