Children with emotional and behavioral disorders, although a distinct category of children with special needs, are neither identified nor served in Saudi Arabia. The aim of this study was to extend previous efforts to estimate the prevalence of emotional and behavioral disorders among children in Saudi Arabia in order to evaluate the need for intervention services. In the current study, teachers of students aged 4-17 years in Saudi Arabia were surveyed using the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire – Teacher version. The findings of the study suggest that students with emotional and behavioral disorders in Saudi Arabia may account for almost 25% of the population of school students between the ages of 4 and 17. The findings also revealed that teachers complained the most about behaviors that are related to conduct followed by problems with peer relationship.

The state-of-the-art review assesses the graduate research outputs in education produced by graduate teacher education students in selected public and private schools in the National Capital Region during the School Year 2007-2016 based on national research priorities of National Higher Education Research Agenda-II. To provide a means of evaluating existing programs and to validate the result of the state of the art review of graduate education outputs- – an expert validation was made among the Research and Development Directors from three (3) institutions involved in the review. Methods are identifying, classifying, and examining the content of data and how it responds according to research priorities set by National Higher Education Research Agenda-II. The abstracts examined are a critical reflection for improving training, rigorous theoretical investigation and for identifying, addressing and building coalitions around educational opportunities and problems. The rising importance of research innovation in the country has underpinned HEIs in restructuring and prioritization. There is a need for closer monitoring the graduate teacher education researches to areas relevance for the improvement.

EU has been preparing certain rules and tools to curtail the volume of waste, particularly for organic ones to get treatment to attain optimal recycling and to bypass issues with respect to landfilling and incineration.

Farming is an important factor to create organic wastes and has the capability to engulf other wastes from separate places. Agricultural management or treatment with the help of soil to produce plant could be beneficial for financial or ecological aspects and cater contribution to sustainable development. In that regard, it’s important to consider the genre of soil protection and necessity of farming nutritional plants. It could provide sustainable management for crop remains. This technique is useful for Mediterranean soil type which has a low level of organic components. It’s effective to reinforce the capability in terms of carbon dioxide fixation apart from elevating the fertility of the soil.

In order to handle this systematically, future scholars need a multidimensional creation along with an experimental modification in the sphere of agricultural engineering. The connection between some of the fundamental topics in these types of subjects is (soil science, fertilizers management, plant production, animal husbandry, farm machinery) funding for future foundations and operation of a combined strategy for organic waste treatment. These are accepted as the features of separate topological cases. Those aspects must be integrated into the academic curriculum in Agricultural Engineering institutions.

Indian women are still trying to establish their own identity. Even today in 21^st Century, females in our country are not able to take stand for themselves. A society, which does not allow’ a girl to do something simple as primary education, is unlikely to let her participate in sport without any hurdles. There are some problems faced daily by Indian girls like education (deprivation), sexual harassment, old fashioned customs, sponsorship problems, lack of good coaches, social morality etc. Regular participation in activities improves the wellness of women and a lot of other benefits. Our primary responsibility is to promote physical activity in girls especially in the Primary phase of schooling. We have provided better environment, involvement of parents, change attitude, better facilities, incentives and fair selection process to improve the participation of Indian women in physical activity. Motor activity does not develop the physical potency only but also mental and emotional capabilities of girls.

Feminism has played a significant role in shaping the Indian – English novel. Since it came rather late in India, has spread its wings in all spheres of Indian-English Literature. Feminism is a voice of suppressed and down­trodden woman. The feelings of anxiety, aversion and boredom have been part of feminism. The present section aims at clarifying the concept of womanhood (feminism) as it emerges from the works of eminent Indian writers in English. A consistent picture of the changing social realities has been presented and it is still being tabled by the Indian-English novels. The writers who appeared in Indian-English literary scene are of great importance. They gave birth to a new era which held out for the Indian woman opportunities for a dynamic participation in social life. Indian-English novelists, especially women novelists have made themselves as a significant entity by making the novel itself an instrument of social reform. They have sociological and reformist motivation with their invariable theme that is woman.

In the Philippines, social media burst with these popular lines, Hugot lines, especially among college students; hence, this study was conducted to find out the prevalent themes and elements of poetry in the selected Hiligaynon (a local dialect in the province of Negros Occidental) hugot lines of Literature 1 students of Carlos Hilado Memorial State College – Alijis Campus, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Philippines. One hundred (100) hugot lines were selected and encoded, and then were grouped according to themes. They were analysed using thematic and textual analyses.  To determine the validity of themes and other elements of poetry, three inter raters were invited to give their feedback and suggestions. Elements of poetry such as rhyme, figures of speech, imagery and symbolism were also identified. Being inspired, frustrated and “bitter” are some of the mood prevalent on those hugot lines.

The increasing requests for responsibility and school change consistently challenge the jobs of school pioneers. Today, school initiative is never again assignment driven as such, yet genuinely convincing as feelings and change are interlinked at the smaller scale dimension of authoritative practices. The reasons for the investigation were to look at the dimensions of Principal Change Leadership; Teachers serve education that is an efficient instrument of man creating. The lecturers learn this art through pre-service and in-service teacher education programme. A weak programme of teacher education cannot serve this purpose. not like within the past once the teacher was entrusted with transferring the contents.
