The overriding interest of this study is to assess the impact of the CEP of colleges in Bacolod City, Philippines as a basis for an enhancement program. This study intended to identify the programs implemented and the extent of their implementation in the partner communities, and to ascertain the impact of the CEP on the social, physical, economic, psychological, emotional, and spiritual aspects. Survey, data analysis, and focused group discussion results were triangulated to produce more reliable results. The findings of the study show that CEP activities were all “fully implemented” by Schools. Furthermore, the impact of the CEP was “great” on the lives of Schools A, B, and C beneficiaries, while it was “very great” on the lives of School D beneficiaries. Specifically, the implemented CEP had a “moderate impact” on the economic aspect and a “very great impact” on the spiritual aspect of the beneficiaries’ lives. It was recommended that the partner schools introduce more livelihood skills training and income-generating projects that are relevant to the beneficiaries’ needs and demands, and that are in line with the facilities of the partner communities.
