The main objective of this study is to determine the influence of selected professional attributes to the levels of decision making among elementary school managers in the city schools of the province of Bulacan. It utilized the Levels of Decision – Making Scale questionnaire developed by the researcher herself. The randomly selected fifteen (15) elementary school managers and thirty (30) elementary school teachers are from the three (3) divisions of city schools of Bulacan, Malolos City, Bocaue and City of San Jose del Monte.  The quantitative method of research was used. In this aforesaid research method, the descriptive and inferential statistics were used to answer the problems in this study.

As to the findings on the assessment in the levels of decision making among the elementary school managers, they applied the following levels, the Input, Dialogue and Collaboration as assessed by the school managers themselves. The elementary school teachers on the other hand, assessed that their school managers used the following levels of decision making, the Input and Dialogue only.

With regards to the influence of the selected professional attributes, treated as the independent variables in this study, length of service and position/designation are significant factors that influenced the levels of decision making among elementary school managers.

Based from the findings of the study, a School Managers Guide on the levels of decision making, a tool for quality assurance is proposed. This proposed School Managers Guide, a tool for quality assurance can be shared to both public and private elementary schools for potential application.
