Quality is critical to educational institutions success as it plays a vital role in improving school  productivity in terms of results, co-curricular activities and discipline. It can bedefined as ‘the totality of inherent characteristics of a qualitative delivery by staff or service that bear on its ability to increase the demand for that qualitative delivery by staff or service at a fixed price’ and can best be measured by capturing student or parents perceptions of the performance of those characteristics.
